Mohamed is an Egyptian advocate, was practicing in Dubai as a Legal Consultant in UAE. Mohamed  has 20 years of experience in private practice with Egypt and GCC local law firms and as In –house Legal Manger at DAMAC Properties LLC for more than three years, where he has successfully managed various Real Estate and Construction Disputes, Arbitration, Labor, and Criminal cases. He also acted as Chief Legal Officer for Drake & Scull PJSC, and Legal Counsel of FIABCI in UAE.

Ghanem is registered arbitrator in DIAC and UAESAC, he is also lecturer in DREI and IE Real Estate Institute.

Also, Ghanem has demonstrated success in companies structuring and in preparation of JVs, MOUs, general legal advising, outside counsels’ management and corporate due diligence reports; possessing sound exposure to the Corporate Law Governance and Compliance.
